Main duties include Generation and maintenance of sample collection plan Sample loading, maintenance of schedules Paperwork review, completion, and filing Update and maintain weekly code calendar Completion of weekly fridge and water temperature checks Brine sample collection as and when required Generating and completing of curing records Probe calibration; as per required frequency Packaging audit; as per required frequency Area audits to cover; GMP, CCPs, Procedure adherence, Traceability, Batch numbers, PPE, integrity, Equipment adherence, foreign bodies (this list is not exhaustive) Check weighing Candidate requirements include: Reliability and good timekeeping Conscientious Possess a team ethic Positive mental attitude Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions. Confidentiality with attention to detail and accuracy Always conduct themselves in a responsible and courteous manner Co-operative, enthusiastic, and orderly approach Excellent communication skills & team player Experience required min 2 years. Hourly rate starts on £13.58 can go up to £17 once fully trained. Shift is 3pm-11:30pm Monday -Thursday, 1:30pm-8:30pm on Friday. Working 39 hours but get paid 40 hours a week. We call it wellbeing hour every Friday early finish. 2x 30 minutes break every shift one paid.
