Technical Services Manager - Electrical - NHS - Sandwell - Salary to £60k. Based at a large Trust in the West Midlands, you will have responsibility for Estates Engineering Maintenance and compliance. You will support the Head of Estates and be supported by two Assistant TSM's and around 15 to 20 Engineers to deliver Hard FM & Lifecycle Services whilst delivering a high-quality and statutory compliant maintenance service. The primary responsibility will be for the technical control and management of the estates function across the Trust. Planning and scheduling all planned preventative maintenance activities for buildings, plant and equipment using the CAFM system with consideration to statute, Regulations and Healthcare Guidance (HTM's) and review/approve any amendments made by the Assistant Technical Services Managers.
