The role is very much a customer orientated role, dealing with any queries, complaints or challenges to any aspect of service charges that have been issued to leaseholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring there is accurate, consistent, timely and transparent reporting and accounting of service charges for all residents, across all tenures.
The Service Support Officer is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support across the division, providing advice and system support across the children's services department.
The Service Support Officer must have the ability to deal with children, young people and families, who are facing difficulties and can sometimes present challenging behaviour, in a sensitive and professional manner adhering to health and safety and strict confidentiality procedures.
Their main responsibility is to provide reception desk services, ensuring excellent and quality customer care for all visitors and callers dealing appropriately with their query.
To be responsible to the Service Delivery Manager, for the provision of administrative and support services to the Estate Services teams To create spreadsheets and databases relating to Estate Services functions; to input and extract information; to analyse the data and to provide written reports on findings.
