You will be part of the site services team carrying out both mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation of the company's products, making sure all products are installed and maintained and per company standards! Essential duties and responsibilities: Carry out mechanical and electrical duties on customer sites including maintenance, repairs, and installations. Taking the lead on customer sites and managing their needs. Managing safety and work documents. Reading and working to engineering drawings and specifications. Travel to customer sites and diagnose faults. This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required. Skills and Experience required: Strong background in Mechanical and Electrical engineering. Ability to diagnose Mechanical and Electrical faults. You will be part of the electrical commissioning team with a focus on carrying out repairs, installation, maintenance and more, both on site in the Loughborough-based factory as well on customer sites. If you are an experienced Commissioning Service Engineer who is looking for the next step in your career and would like to work in the energy industry, then this could be a great role for you. Essential duties and responsibilities of the Commissioning Service Engineer include: Commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the companies' full range of electrical products Test and commissioning of electrical equipment Fault diagnosis of switchgear and related equipment Prepare method statements and technical requirements. File job documents and reports as per required. This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required. Skills and Experience required: Relevant experience in a commissioning-based role for electrical products. Minimum HNC in a relevant Electrical Engineering discipline Open to travelling UK wide to customer sites, being open to overnight stays. Experience in preparing method statements and technical requirements. Experience of electrical fault-finding. Experience representing a company on site and off site.
