Pay rate £25.00 per hour! You will paid a minimum of 2 hours work. REED are seeking a Customer Services Assistant to help ensure the smooth and safe operation of our coach interchanges. The role involves assisting customers and drivers to ensure a seamless transition through the interchange. This position is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle dynamic situations with calm and patience. Day to Day of the role: Work closely with the operations team to welcome coaches and provide necessary information to customers. Execute interchange procedures as outlined in the Interchange Operational plan. Assist customers in finding their correct vehicle and help less mobile individuals with their luggage. Liaise with drivers to ensure adherence to planned timescales. Ensure coach identification and company branding is correctly displayed. Act as a banksman for reversing coaches and maintain safety standards. Develop working relationships with interchange locations. Follow the company's Health and Safety risk assessment, policies, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong relationship-building skills and an outgoing, confident personality. Comfortable with public speaking, specifically using a coach microphone. Calm, patient, and able to show initiative and proactivity. Energetic and physically fit to assist with luggage and move quickly between coaches. Skilled in influencing, persuading, and problem-solving. Ensure that the Hospital vehicles are cleaned regularly, maintained correctly and safely and that any damage or faults are dealt with immediately. Service users may have histories of offending and/or may have failed in previous placements. Position; Van Driver Location; Newbury, Berkshire Salary; £11.50 - £12.50ph The role; You will be required to carry out collections, pick ups, clearances as well as cleaning duties alongside a driver across Berkshire and the wider region. This is a varied role with everyday a different job and location to go to.
