Service Desk Analyst needed in Northallerton Paying £14.40 per hr ref 360490
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Providing technical support responding to enquires, evaluating, and resolving issues relating to ICT equipment, infrastructure and applications via phone, in person and self service.
Responsible for responding and raising ICT service management cases categorising against service level agreements and service reporting data ensuring quality content to support the wider ICT organisation.
Provide a courteous efficient telephony service within the trust.
Working at Duham and covering Darlingon as and when required you will be working a variety of shifts 11am to 7pm or 2pm tp 10pm as well as some evening shifts.
To project a friendly and professional attitude to all patients, staff and visitors and to demonstrate product knowledge when enquires are made.
You will be provided with various items of equipment, Mobile Phone, Laptop and/or PC to allow you to fulfil the requirements of the role as well as being provided adequate time and resources to fulfil all your training requirements.
