We have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join a growing UK-based IT Service Provider on a permanent basis.

This role will be hybrid with 2-3 days a week in the office (Surrey, near Horsham) and the rest would be remote with occasional customer site visits.

This role involves providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of repair issues.
As a Maintanance Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of repair calls, diagnosing repair issues, and efficiently raising necessary work orders.
The role of the repairs call handler is to handle a high volume of inbound calls to the repairs line while accurately diagnosing, raising and scheduling a wide range of repairs for residents and communicating regularly with all stakeholders (residents, colleagues and contractors).
