Accurate order processing.
Inbound calls from new and existing customer, answering their general enquiry, providing product information and preventing the need for unnecessary repeat contact.

Based at our Telephone Operations hub in Edinburgh, the Performance & Engagement Support Specialist works closely with the Performance & Engagement Manager to support them with the day to day needs of our interviewing pool.
In addition, they will be expected to collaborate with and foster productive relationships with colleagues across the wider contact centre.
