As Interim Senior People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and delivery of best-in-class people management operations, processes and procedures.
You will work closely with the People Director, Learning and Development Manager, other function heads, and teams to deliver against the business objectives and to continue to drive a culture which makes a positive difference to our people.
Whilst we can't make any promises right now, there is often potential for us to take on some seasonal colleagues on a permanent basis after the initial festive contract.
