We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our on-site team at Queen Alexandra Hospital.
The role involves ensuring the smooth delivery of managed services, monitoring the ordering of consumables, and supporting the Regional Service Delivery Manager (RSDM) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as required.
You will ensure compliance with standards and regulations related to service provision, including SLA adherence and maintaining quality standards.
Co-lead meetings with external entities and internal teams to discuss service issues, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the operations manager to address concerns and issues that may impact customer experience, while working together to build and maintain high-performing team and to foster a positive working environment.
In this role, you'll team up with Solutions Managers to ensure seamless client delivery, meeting all requirements within agreed timescales and budgets.
