Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor
To effectively handle incoming telephone calls, emails, app enquiries, online chat, and social media on a wide range of issues and give advice or act as appropriate.
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The primary role is to provide business and application expertise to support the business Strategy within the area of expertise by optimising current processes and developing new ones where appropriate by working alongside the business.
Please note, the role has no official schedule for remote/home working, although arrangements can be made for special "one-offs" now and again.
The successful Contracts Manager will be home-based and will need to reside in close to one of the following areas; Oxford, Reading, Slough, Guildford.
Home Based - Oxford, Reading, Slough, Guildford or surrounding area
The role of T&C Manager is to coach, train, develop and monitor the performance of the Financial Advisers, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are maintained.
Home-based with travel to various offices in Berkshire & West London
