OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to support the department in handling customer enquiries, communicating updates and building strong relationships with clients.
As part of the Member Services team, you will be the first point of contact for members, dealing with their orders and enquiries via the telephone, Live Chat or Ignite email system, providing a positive customer service experience.

We are supporting a progressive and well-established company in Hertford who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant with 1-2 years experience within a similar role.
Full training will be provided, however you will ideally be working towards an AAT qualification with the eagerness to learn and develop.
An understanding of Sage 50 would be an advantage but not essential.
