The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administrator in their Managed Legal Service team. In this role your role will include: To obtain information from and submit applications to the Land Registry and deal with questions arising from the Land Registry To submit search requests to on to their portal and deal with queries and obtain results. To draft and submit SDLT returns. To provide administrative support as and when needed to others in the team e.g. collating bundles of documents, deeds scheduling, opening up new matters on the system, raising invoices, setting up extranets and managing them To liaise with colleagues on a regular basis in order to actively progress matters and report to them. To maintain and improve relations with colleagues and Company incorporations and the Land Registry. The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who ideally has some administration experience or you may be a legal or non legal graduate who is seeking their first office based role.
