Reed have partnered with an Engineering company in Rochester who are seeking a a Service Administrator to join their professional Service Department. The purpose of the Service Administrator is to provide support to the Service Contract Managers in the administration of long-term contracts for servicing, repair, maintenance. Day to Day of the Service Administrator: Assist in preparing and submitting risk assessments and method statements. Upload documentation to client portals and apply for site access permits. Order parts and stock items, confirming parts on the internal system. Raise purchase orders and handle client enquiries. Produce retrospective quotes for call-outs and chase client purchase orders. Sign off engineers' timesheets and ensure accurate data entry. Required Skills & Qualifications for the Service Administartor: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Computer literacy with a focus on accurate and quick data input. Strong planning and organising skills. A flexible approach with a willingness to expand skills and knowledge. Knowledge of the engineering industry in a similar role Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment. Excellent attention to detail, hardworking, and approachable.
