Working as part of the Customer Experience Team the Customer Service Advisor will be engaged in a multi disciplined role that includes responding to and resolving customer queries and facilitating customer account billings.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
This Customer Service Advisor role will involve handling a high volume of VCC transactions to ensure these are reconciled and authorised, working with colleagues within TC Support and the wider business, too.
You will provide industry-leading support throughout our Reconciliations Function.

An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients team on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.
