Primarily from home, but weekly visits into our clients Greenwich office, as well as occasional travel to their other offices (noticeably Peterborough & Ashford).

Our esteemed client is a significant company in the Facilities Management world and are built up of a number of operating companies who are specialists in either their service line and/or geographic location across the UK.
In the role you will secure vehicle keys from the customer upon return and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed.
As a Customer Service Returns Advisor, you will be greeting customers as they return their rental car back to London City Airport.
You will be responsible ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting the customer in expediting the conclusion of their vehicle rental experience and making them feel valued while they wait.
As an employment Advisor, you will be working directly with a caseload of customers to help them overcome barriers to employment, providing vital support to help people transform their lives.
You will develop strong relationships by encouraging, motivating and challenging your customers to fulfil their potential, whilst ensuring you meet your own job specific targets.
By motivating and empowering the people you work with, you will equip individuals with the necessary skills and confidence to enable secure and sustained employment.
