Summary: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to increase our clients online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, be able to manage multiple client's and communicate effectively with multiple internal teams. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and analytics. A track record of managing successful PPC campaigns across various platforms is a bonus. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimise website content. Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements. Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other SEO tools. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Tracking metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page using platforms such as Google Analytics Monitoring and reporting on search trends and SEO performance Implementing link-building strategies Making suggestions for SEO-friendly content creation Optimising webpages for mobile devices PPC Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy to maximise ad performance and ROI. Monitor and adjust bid strategies, budgets, and targeting parameters to achieve campaign goals. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field. 1 years of experience in an SEO based role. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices. Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google My Business etc. Experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads etc. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
