We are recruiting Relief Support Workers for our Mental Health Care Service in Stretford.

As a Leaving Care Worker you will be committed to providing emotional and housing related support to young people in their transition to independence.
On their behalf, we are seeking to identify passionate and enthusiastic Leaving Care Workers to join their growing portfolio of placements of young care leavers.
The Housing Support Worker is responsible for providing housing-related support to vulnerable individuals, facilitating successful move-on outcomes, and promoting independence.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM/2 pm -10 pm 1 Saturday a month
