Responsibilities
As a senior application support analyst, you will work in the Business World Application Support team alongside two Application Support Specialists working on the Business World IT application and reporting to the Business World Product Manager.
Ensure that customer issues and requests are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.

As directed by the Team Leader, Lead Nurse and Service Manager, the post-holder will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team.
They will undertake duties involved in the day-to-day operation, management and development of drug and alcohol treatment in Southend and will be responsible for setting up pathways and delivering the full range of services in Southend Hospital.
The post-holder will also work in Partnership with key partners and the wider integrated treatment team to identify the 'frequent flyer' cohort and ensure that these individuals are proactively provided with in-reach services upon admission into Hospital.
