In the role of EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager at this organisation, you will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Project Management and be in charge of managing regional campaigns, programs and global projects. You'll work with all cross-functional marketing teams and handle multiple EMEA integrated campaigns simultaneously. The EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager will leverage their deep understanding of B2B marketing to orchestrate integrated campaigns, guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities: Build project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of projects including campaign asset creation, graphics, copywriting, print collateral, website page updates or content migrations, and global initiatives. Partner with the Regional Marketing stakeholders to document and communicate key planning/program initiation meeting outcomes. Build project plans and timetables that include regional rollups. Ensure all deliverables align with project scope. Schedule and drive status meetings. Determine agendas, highlight key milestones, drive issue resolution, and maintain action logs/plans. Summarise and communicate meeting outcomes. Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks Hold offline meetings with various execution teams to ensure that priorities are communicated, issues are resolved, and efforts are coordinated. Maintain communication with all project stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimisation of resources, smooth handoffs, and program consistency. Request creative and production resources through production management tool. Keep track of and oversee progress, handoffs, and the status of deliverables. Audit program once completed, determine improvements, and implement process change. Required Background / Skills: 7 years in business-to-business marketing with proven project management experience. PMP certification is preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Experience in a multi-national corporate environment is essential, agency experience would be a plus Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing a plus. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project) Must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/ campaign or multiple projects at the same time Proven ability to direct/manage cross functional, virtual teams. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, choose alternatives, and improve overall processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of their product backlog, ensuring that stories are proportional, appropriately sized, and include sufficient information to enable development of high-quality software by Agile Teams You will provide Agile specialist expertise to ensure backlogs are constantly well maintained, prioritised, and give full coverage of the requirements, acting as an effective conduit between the development team and the business stakeholders should any technical issues or ambiguities arise. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong, effective backlogs in an agile environment, including gathering requirements, developing effective user stories, and gathering feedback from stakeholders to incorporate into the backlog for future development. Communicate with non-technical stakeholders about complex technical concepts to effectively define and prioritize features, refine scope, and collect story acceptance criteria. Engage and nurture stakeholders, by actively listening, negotiating, and managing conflicts to determine scope/prioritization, identify problems, and determine solutions with business and technical stakeholders. Coordinate integrations and dependencies with other Product Owners to ensure that development aligns with deliveries from other teams in time, scope and performance, ensuring a quality end-to-end product. Identify and flag risks to delivery to the relevant teams, determine any suitable mitigations, assess the delivery impact to delivery and timelines, and escalate rapidly as required. Assess and improve product processes within their teams, product areas, and on the wider programme to enhance the efficiency and quality of product development, agile practice and product strategy. Key Experience: Senior Product Owner experience of at least 6 years on projects of a similar size, scale Experience in technical systems and data analysis. Experience working with data management systems. Experience in building an auditable data service that allows validations, sanitization, and revisions. Experience in developing complex, high transaction back-office systems. Experience of implementing systems using Azure technologies (including but not limited to: - Functions, Storage, Service Bus etc) SFIA competency-based resources would be desirable.
