The role
As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will initially work as an Assistant and then be promoted to Site Manager to have overall responsibility for running a 200 unit large busy new build housing project in Dudley.
You will report to a Project Manager and manage an Assistant Site Manager.

Provide support and co-ordinate on-site meetings and events in ways that ensures a meeting/event organiser receives the support that they require.
Be the first point of contact for site visitors, provide a full reception service (including the management of incoming telephone calls), and ensure that the reception area and all other public areas of the site are clean, welcoming, and give an excellent first impression.
Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders (this includes customers, colleagues, suppliers, and visitors to the site).
