Due to an internal move, we are looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to join our Service Desk team based in our headquarters in Edinburgh on a full-time, hybrid working basis.
Quorum is a Microsoft Solutions Partner and a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solutions Provider IT Consultancy firm based in Scotland.
We currently hold 5 out of 6 Microsoft Designations and 3 specialisations in Calling for Microsoft Teams, Cloud Security and Identity and Access Management.
As a Service Desk Coordinator working with one of Scotland's leading service providers, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming support tickets.
Your key responsibility will be to perform initial reviews, assess the urgency of each issue, and direct tickets to the appropriate team or engineer for resolution.

We are collaborating with a company to recruit an Operational Reporting and MI Analyst to join their team.
This position is available in several locations, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Ipswich, and Salisbury, with a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000.
