Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a professional service business to support them in recruiting an experienced Senior HR Advisor to work as part of a team to ensure that the company maintains a productive and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Advice, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisations objectives. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Manage performance appraisal processes and assist in developing performance improvement plans. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Coordinate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and legal counsel, as needed. Requirements: CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above 3 years at Advisor level experience, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proven track record of implementing HR programs and initiatives. The company offers hybrid working and is open to both full time and part-time. On occasions there will be an expectation to travel to other sites.
