The role is to provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to senior managers, partners and directors and to assist with the smooth running of the office. Senior secretarial experience gained within an accountancy practice is ideal. Role: Senior Administrator Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience Location: Manchester town centre M3 Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, annual profit share scheme, annual salary reviews, retail/hospitality discounts portal and coaching We are working on behalf of a thriving and growing professional services business, which is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support with managing the office and provide a comprehensive administrative support service. The business are successfully growing at an exponential rate, with the business currently employing 16 staff in Manchester, which is expected to increase to at least 20 by the end of this year. As the Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors on arrival and the day-to-day management of the office to include diary management, invoicing, HR administration and all administrative tasks. The expectation for this role is that the responsibilities will increase as the business continues to expand, and in time you would progress to have a team of Administrators reporting into you. This role is office based full time at their stunning offices in central Manchester which is easily accessible by train or shuttle.
