About the role Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Let's get in touch What you'll be doing Implementing a robust risk management framework for your department Supporting the risk governance process for expansion initiatives by identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational, enterprise, and third party risks Monitoring your department's risk profile through key risk indicators and other risk monitoring tools Designing, developing, and testing controls and procedures Developing and producing insightful management information What you'll need Broad and tenured expertise and experience in managing risk functions in the financial services sector with a global presence Experience setting up and managing respective first or second line of defence risk functions Proven ability to quickly ramp up on knowledge of risk landscape relating to financial activities across a variety of markets Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills Proven business acumen expertise within the retail banking or fintech risk domain (working with or close to the business to achieve commercial objectives) A technical background in payments, with a solid ability to independently create and implement simple, elegant solutions within a short time Compensation range Vilnius: 5,700 - 6,000 gross monthly Lithuania: 5,700 - 6,000 gross monthly Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience Building a global financial super app isn't enough. Team / division overview The Chief Risk Office (CRO) within DWS is an independent function responsible for protecting the business as well as being a trusted adviser and partner for supporting sustainable business growth. The Risk Management team is responsible for the independent risk oversight of across risk types of DWS fiduciary portfolios. In this role, it designs and executes the risk programs to control and manage among others, market, liquidity and counterparty risks of fiduciary portfolios. In addition, Risk Management is responsible for the portfolio risk identification and measurement process including the adequate usage of risk models. Risk Management analyzes upcoming regulations in order to adapt its investment risk program to ensure regulatory compliance. Moreover, the team supports the Investment Division with dedicated risk analyses and results to enhance the investment process. Role Details: As a Senior Risk Manager you will (be): Risk Management Program for dedicated fixed income structured products, specifically for European and U.S. Collateralized Loan Obligations.
