Support the Domiciliary Care Lead in the day to day running of a comprehensive care and support service including assessing residents' care needs and formulating care packages.

Maintains record and consistently works in line with regulatory bodies - for example but not exclusive to GDPR, CQC, HSE, Local Authority expectations etc.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
To supervise/mentor Carer(s) and provide direct assistance to Residents in all aspects of their care needs (e.g.
physical, emotional and spiritual), and all aspects of daily living by providing support when needed, ensuring residents retain their comfort and dignity.
