Your Main Responsibilities
Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly payrolls accurately and on time, including complex payrolls.
Do you have experience of running end to end payrolls within a Bureau or Practice environment?
Reporting to the Payroll Manager the role will provide a full payroll service including auto enrolment pension management to a wide range of clients using Sage.
Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for a new challenge?
Integrating daily job completion reports, creation of daily valuation sheets, uploading of job sheets to client, pricing valuations and entering onto client's system for submission.

Working in a busy team you will spend a large part of the day collating information relating to repairs and maintenance projects that have been completed the previous day and, using an established pricing matrix, you will create accurate invoices and send to the client.
This is a full-time, permanent role and it is based in either the South Tyneside area or Darlington to suit the applicant.
