About the Role: Schedule building works and installation dates ensuring customer deadlines are met. Maintain all relevant databases and issue any required documentation. Arrange dispatch of parts to maintain van stocks. Create building surveys and distribute to contractors. Assist with control of invoices and negotiations of extra costs, raise PO's. Assist Customers & End Users with enquires. Their Ideal Candidate: A team player also able to work independently. 2 years relevant experience within a planning and facilitation environment.
