We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.The Senior Agency Project Manager is the key connector between the client managers, external agencies and resource management teams on larger, more complex and/or critical projects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of assets to brief owner or channel and also connect across agencies including media buying and production to ensure all deliverables are correctly defined, created and land on time. They report directly to the Head of Agency Operations. Responsible for how the B-Hive manages larger, more complex and/or critical projects (with the Head of Agency Operations); leads project management best practice on these ley projectsWorks with Senior client managers and production managers to build, own and operate our agency project management process and procedures, including managing APMsResponsible for creating, owning and running project plans for on larger, more complex and/or critical projects.Build project plans according to establish process, but adapting to specific client and timingNegotiate resource time and commitment with operations team according to client needResponsible for ensuring project runs to schedule and deliverables land on timeSupports client manager in project comms, but may need to communicate directly with clientsInvolved more directly in checking and delivery of assets to clients and to and from other agencies and media partners across multiple platforms, than a conventional project managerManages the work of Agency Project Managers What you'll need to have: Senior Project management experience or other appropriate delivery experience in a creative agency or businessExperience working with media buying and planning teams is essentialExperience managing a production house or working in a production studio a plusDemonstrate strong experience and understand of digital asset management & deliveryExperience in communication with clients and resource negotiationStrong ability to understand, map and plan processes, turning them into robust project plansLikely to hold a degree, or equivalent apprenticeship or experience in a creative, business, process or similar fieldHighly Comfortable working in a fluid creative environment where plans change rapidlyCan bring teams (and peers) together around complex process planning, creating robust systems for all critical projects to build on Why Boots:At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential. As a Senior Client Manager, you're responsible for the success of your account, leading on day-to-day operations and team development. Reporting into the Head of Client Services, you'll be hands on, managing your account like a business, developing relationships, onboarding new business, and participating in the delivery of high-profile campaigns.You'll support the Head of Client Services to create momentum within the team to deliver high quality work, and drive growth. Working with other Senior Client Managers, you'll shape the team by overseeing delivery and supporting the strategic development of the account whether that is identifying opportunities or finding creative solutions to ensure success for our stakeholders and colleagues.Key Responsibilities: As the account lead, you'll be the main contact for clients on your account, being the go-to-person both internally and externally and responsible for ensuring both yourself and supporting team are delivering integrated campaignsEnsure client briefs are clear and align to business objectives with the confidence to challenge and develop them with the client. In turn, producing an inspiring creative brief that strives for exceptional outputs.Partnering with other creative and production agencies on delivery, working as one team and maintaining good communication and collaboration at all levelsEnsure scope of work is being managed and appropriately delegated across the team depending on skillsets requiredCollaborate with Project Management team to ensure all campaigns are running as planned and delivering multi-channel campaigns to multiple paid media partners and/or owned channelsManage the finance process, staying on top of tracking scope, estimating, and project budgets with your teamManage multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks or challenges are communicated and upholding the agency standards of ensuring great work is delivered.Taking the lead in client meetings, presentations, and signoffs both virtual and in-person.Being the delivery expert for your account ensuring your pushing for opportunities and continuously proposing solutions with a positive, can-do attitude.Proactive, continuous improvement of processes for your area and in line with other account leads within B-HiveSupport Head of Client Services in areas of growth and be able to confidently communicate the agency's offeringActively contribute to Client Services and agency culture by leading by example, mentorship and nurturing wider innovation, creativity and fun What you'll need to have: 5 years as a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director within agency or related creative environmentBackground in line management and developing account teamsExcellent written and verbal presentation skills including data and reporting; a storytellerExperience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plans.Fluent in project management principles specifically delivering omni-channel creative assetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levelsNumerate with skills in estimating creative delivery fees, creating reports and dashboards.Passionate about producing great creative.
