Savills in Scotland is looking to add a senior planner to its Planning Team to assist with a growing and diverse portfolio of instructions.
Typically, your role will involve managing your own workload, assisting the senior team members on large instructions, EIA co-ordination and screening and scoping exercises, undertaking planning research and enquiries, drafting and finessing reports and planning submissions (site assessments, policy notes, applications, appeals, development plan representations and so on) as well as assisting with the management of the team's caseload and its business development activities.
We are looking for someone with up to 5 years experience, MRTPI and/or RICS qualified and ideally with experience in the renewable energy sector and with EIA project management/assistant project management experience.

In this role, you will work with architects, urban designers, masterplanners and planners with a mix of public and private sector clients on a range of exciting and interesting projects that fall into multiple sectors such as commercial, education, residential, leisure and retail.
