Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time Flexible First options available As a Personal Assistant, you'll have a dynamic role supporting the Director of New Markets & Business Development and their teams. Your responsibilities will be vital for the smooth operation of our Technology Business Unit. Ready to challenge yourself in a fast-paced environment? Here are some of your key responsibilities: Managing and coordinating international travel and diary schedules for senior executives. Handling communications including emails as well as meeting agendas, attendance, and meticulous minute-taking. Administering and sharing project documentation including invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and engaging external resources as necessary. Assisting in the effective management of business and project reports, contributing to the review and development of policies, procedures, and standards. Serving as a central point of contact for new starts, overseeing onboarding processes and coordinating team and office inductions. What do I need? To excel in this role, you need: Proven experience in roles such as personal assistant, project coordinator, or similar administrative positions. Exceptional organisational skills to maintain records and manage schedules efficiently. Strong filing and document handling skills to keep business operations seamless. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with varied stakeholders. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Oracle-based systems is advantageous.
