Skills/Experience
Be able to do or check work on Transfers, retirements and deaths (and general enquiries).
Complex DB/DC/Hybrid pension benefit structures (including all the new LTA changes).

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of the Pension Fund, ensuring an effective service is carried out by all members of the team.
Plan and co-ordinate the effective training and development of all members of the team ensuring that they are kept up to date with any legislative/national/local initiatives that will impact upon the payroll service, e.g., changes to allowances.
The post holder will assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of pensions records to ensure accurate and timely data is provided to the Pensions Agency and scheme members on request.
