Key Responsibilities: Website Content Management:Regularly update and manage content across five WordPress websites, ensuring it is engaging and SEO-optimized. Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance functionality and user experience. Social Media Marketing:Create targeted, dynamic campaigns using videography and other media to build brand awareness and drive website traffic. Customer Satisfaction Surveys:Assist in coordinating customer satisfaction surveys as needed. Design Marketing Materials:Develop promotional materials to support the sales team and business needs. Campaign Delivery:Implement digital marketing plans and campaigns to disrupt markets, cement our reputation, and position our brands globally. SEO Analysis:Drive SEO performance to improve organic search rankings and discoverability, and regularly report findings to key stakeholders. AI and Emerging Technology:Stay abreast of new technologies and adopt the most beneficial tools for our marketing efforts. Skills and Experience Required: Essential: B2B experience in an industrial, automotive aftermarket or engineering business. Strong creative writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate at all levels, and think creatively. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude. Passion for web technology and social media trends. Experience managing and editing website content using WordPress. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and Adobe products. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and digital marketing strategies. Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
