Community Elderly Occupational Therapist: Hunter AHP have a great opportunity in Kent, for an experienced Occupational Therapist to do a community role with an elderly/frailty caseload.
This will involve general community therapy and falls prevention.
The post holder should be working in line with the Social Care Capability Framework.
Provide a consultative/supervisory service to a staff team operating within a multi-agency environment to provide professional expertise, skills and advice to enable a safe, effective and high quality service to disabled children and young people that meets agreed existing and new policies and practices.
Manage a complex caseload of disabled children and young people aged 0-25 to assess, plan, monitor and review the support/personal assistance needs of service users, working in a person-centred way to ensure that resources are utilised effectively to safeguard and promote the welfare of disabled children and young people.
Inpatient Occupational Therapist: Hunter AHP have a great opportunity in Kent, for an experienced Occupational Therapist who specialises in working with patients who have various Mental Health conditions.
This role is in an acute Mental health ward and the client is looking for someone to do full time hours, but they will consider part-time applicants.
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, pinpointing specific difficulties and communication needs.
Performing observations and tests to gauge the impact of speech and communication challenges on patients.

As a Speech & Language Therapist, you'll conduct assessments, craft tailored therapy programs, and collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each young client.
