You will be required to actively engage in various initiatives aimed at enhancing the provision of care home services. This includes supporting provider engagement to facilitate the introduction of new capacity and shape market dynamics, as well as playing a pivotal role in supporting the procurement of new capacity to meet evolving demands. Additionally, you will be required to support with resident engagement and co-production initiatives, ensuring that the needs and preferences of residents are effectively incorporated into future care provision.
