The Paralegal role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:
Carrying out effective and efficient chargeable (legal based) work that contributes to the delivery and completion of the full range of home ownership transactions for social housing clients (including shared ownership and open market plot sales, right to buy and right to acquire transactions, lease extensions, surrenders and re-sales of residential properties, property and land disposals) and auctions.
Due to the current incumbent leaving the business they are recruiting this role on a permanent basis into their finance function, this is an incredibly stable business with a small, tight knit team where everyone chips in to help each other toward the firms goals.
As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for managing the accounts of the firm up to trial balance where the external accountants will then take over.
The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
