As the Senior IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our IT systems, hardware and software. Knowledge of Office 365 (as opposed to stand alone windows applications) is essential. Essential Qualifications: Demonstrate at least two years of hands-on experience in IT support roles, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development. Support IT requirements at both Head Office and regional sites, working closely with external IT support firms and internal IT personnel. Play a pivotal role in software transition within the Sales departments, offering additional support, coaching, data management, and comprehensive reporting. Take charge of fault finding and provide first and second line support for network, printer, desktop, and laptop issues. Mentor and oversee the IT Technician, ensuring their professional growth and development. Collaborate with third-party IT service providers and software vendors to address technical challenges and optimize IT infrastructure.
