We are currently recruiting for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a 3-year FTC starting from July 2024.
As the Interim Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting Fire Risk Assessments for a diverse portfolio of properties owned by the Council.
Your role will involve assessing approximately 10,500 tenanted homes, 240 corporate and commercial operational properties, including high-rise tower blocks, medium-rise blocks of flats, and low-rise blocks of flats.
You will work collaboratively with other professionals, including the Asbestos Manager, Building Services Engineer, and Facilities Manager, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain a safe environment for occupants.
Are you currently working in analytical quality control?
Does your experience include hands on analytical testing of finished drug products?
Do you have hands on experience in using techniques such as Balances, pH meter, UV, Karl Fisher, FT-IR, TLC, Dissolution and HPLC (to include degradation analysis)?
This is an initial 6-month contract, remote and Inside IR35.

To undertake statutory intervention where service users are deemed to be at risk, including situations where people may be neglected or abused in accordance with the Inter-Agency Policy and Procedures for Safeguarding Adults.
This includes promoting a multi-agency approach by developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
