Gambit Search have recently been appointed on a Senior Insolvency Administrator role with an impressive Insolvency and Restructuring firm in their London office. The firm has built a very strong national presence and is looking to hire a Senior Insolvency Administrator with 4 years' experience within the insolvency industry that has an interest in progressing their career. The business has a great culture and is known for developing careers. They focus on high end CVLs, MVLs and administrations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload from inception through to closure Preparing all pre-appointment documentation including decision procedure notices, SIP6 reports and Statement of Affairs. Liaising with Directors throughout the process to obtain the necessary information Dealing with creditor correspondence and claims including trade creditors, HMRC and banks Monitoring case diaries and completing statutory work in a timely manner. Reviewing books and records Handling employee redundancies and claims Performing asset realisations Dealing with agents and solicitors instructed where necessary To succeed, you will need good knowledge of corporate insolvency processes from cradle-to-grave. The CPI qualification is desired but not essential. Study support is provided for this qualification is desired. A well established and ever-growing accountancy practice with offices based in Central Bristol are looking to recruit an insolvency administrator / senior insolvency administrator. In your new role you will deal with administrations and liquidations with the role being to support the team with the management of a corporate case portfolio. You will be reporting into senior management and Insolvency Practitioners and provide support and assistance to junior team members where necessary. To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience of working within corporate insolvency. You will not need to be CPI Qualified, but it will be beneficial if you are. Our client, a well respected firm of Insolvency Specialists and of one of the Northwests leading Recovery Businesses is seeking a Corporate Recovery Senior to join their insolvency/recovery department. Working with managers with the aim of progressing cases in a timely and cost efficient manner you will correspond with creditors and other stakeholders, produce draft documents and prepare statements of affairs. You will be confident and possess excellent communication skills to enable you to deal with employees and contribute at initial meetings with directors. You will be responsible for managing asset realisations and become involved with practice/client development as well as the supervision and coaching of junior members of staff. Assignments will only include corporate cases eg liquidations (MVLs and CVLs), and administrations. Experience in a corporate insolvency environment is essential.
