Your new role You will be working as a Temporary Senior HR Administrator for an initial 4-6 week period to cover a period of sick leave. The Senior HR Administrator will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient administrative support, for all HR processes and practices, enabling the HR team to deliver best practice HR support to the business. Salary circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working basis with days worked both from the office and from home each week. This job will be responsible for the full employee life cycle to support the development of a high performing workplace culture. You will partner with Line Managers across the business on a range of generalist HR duties, including updating and reviewing policies and processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, strategic development, performance management, Learning & Development and more. Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows: Support the HR team in a Generalist HR remit, supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Assist with the training and development of new joiners and existing employees, coordinating training needs and training delivery. Support the management of employee performance and assist in the processes from target settings to regular review. Support with employee engagement. Coordinate relevant surveys and create reports from the results of the survey data.
