My client is seeking an experienced HR advisor who is looking for a 'step up' in their career to join the team as a HR Generalist.
You will be providing a professional, efficient and effective People Business Partnering service to all levels of staff as well being responsible for the People Resources Coordinator.
The role will be based in Dartford however occasional travel to the other sites across Kent will be required.
A) The post holder will provide strategic leadership in the management of an effective and highly professional team (either Corporate & Investigations or Social Care & Schools) within HR Advisory Services to deliver customer-focussed HR services, to support delivery of directorate and school and wider Council aims and objectives.
Hybrid working is available after the first 2 weeks but candidate must be flexible as will be required to attend schools as and when required.

Maintain the HR Trackers to reflect correct data on employees.
Process and prepare letters and reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluations etc).
Manage a number of periodic and time critical processes.
