Your New Organisation
This role will be working closely with the healthcare sector developing innovative projects that enhance patient care and improve healthcare facilities.
Work as key management figures with responsibility for the effective daily operations of their team including recruitment, onboarding, training and development activities.
Ensuring quality and performance levels meet and exceed expectations on challenging service lines.
Operate on the front line of service delivery within a busy 24/7 contact centre environment working with some of the countries well know charities as well as smaller key charity, government and 3rd sector organisations.

As the Partnerships Manager, you wield ultimate authority over the core relationships between the company and its international panel of carrier partners.
This entails cultivating and leveraging key stakeholder relationships, ensuring the delivery of operational excellence, and serving as their primary point of contact for any insurer inquiries.
