My client, a multi-national Employer with a number of Offices across the UK is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their organisation on an initial 12 month FTC to cover a secondment. Working in a hybrid capacity between Home, Southampton Office and the London Office; Duties include: you will work closely with the broader HR Partnering team to provide consultancy and guidance in respect of the strategic people agenda. You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting leaders in the achievement of the transformation, business strategy, plans and objectives contributing to enhanced levels of performance, both business and individual. you will work with relevant stakeholders to support all people programs and strategies including talent management, employee life-cycle management, coaching and organisational design. As well as developing and delivering people strategies to support business challenges, you will work with the Senior Business Partner to assess, design, meet governance requirements. providing further support during wave activity to ensure a smooth delivery. You will champion and promote the cultural, inclusion and wellbeing agenda, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders to take accountability and responsibility for cultural change. You will also apply the same oversight, detailed knowledge and experience to project business as usual / tactical project design and implementation plans, such as year-end performance and pay. The ideal candidate will: Be Level 5 or 7 CIPD Qualified Have FS sector experience; ideally within Asset Management Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly to stakeholders. Able to build effective working relationships with the business at all levels, manage change, solve problems and challenge and influence behaviour. You will have proven experience of partnering and coaching managers to improve level of employee engagement. Strong relationship development skills and a client service approach, bringing credibility and influence to senior business stakeholders. A proven track record of driving the HR agenda in line with business strategy, from diagnosing issues to designing and delivering solutions. Strong HR and business acumen, with a commercial and pragmatic approach. Proficiency in analysing key people metrics and using data to influence business leaders' decisions and strategic thinking. Exceptional collaboration skills and an understanding of operating in a complex, matrix organisation. Strong external market awareness, networks, and understanding of the role HR Business Partnering plays in organisational success.
