Head of Design (Event industry experience required) Remote, UK 80K 20% bonus The Role My client is shaping the future of work. They are in both the United States and Europe, connecting with the biggest leaders worldwide in the HR/business space. They need a hands-on Head of Design to work on live events and various digital touchpoints throughout the business. They need somebody with a keen eye for multi-media production. The Required Skills Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of design output across all teams. Establish a style and brand guide and ensure it is adhered to across the business. Manage freelance design staff and work with external design agencies as required. There will be internal design team due to the nature of our global business and scale of competencies needed to deliver amazing products. Manage annual design budget and planning across all teams and events. A hands-on graphic designer and expert in your craft. Desirable Five or more years' experience as a senior-level designer preferably working on digital products and events (UI/UX/Product/Brand/Print/Social/Email/Web/Video). 2 years' experience leading a design team/freelancers/agency or a similar role. Proven success in delivering complex design solutions for live and digital products. Open to receiving feedback and constructive feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
