Our client is seeking a skilled Strategic Finance and Reporting Senior Analyst to support their financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will develop financial models, conduct strategic analyses, and prepare detailed reports. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts are essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and planning. Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. 2. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports with actionable insights. Track revenue and cost enhancement initiatives. Conduct performance and market condition analyses. Evaluate potential investments and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. 3. Systems & Data: Develop tools and processes to improve financial data and analytics. Act as the subject matter expert for finance and reporting systems (OneStream, Maconomy, PowerBI). Promote best practices in reporting, analysis, and processes. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align financial goals and strategies with other finance departments. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management. 5. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably in a large organization. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
