Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Consultant to join our client's team on an interim to permanent basis. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of statutory accounts in compliance with regulatory standards. Monthly and quarterly reporting to provide insights into financial performance. Consolidation of financial statements for the group. Utilization of strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes. Production of management accounts and variance analysis to support decision-making. Addressing any other ad hoc requirements as they arise. Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CAANZ) with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience. 1-2 Years experience working with a Real Estate or Property development firm. (REQUIRED) Proven experience in financial reporting, including statutory accounts preparation and consolidations. Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
