Your Responsibilities: Maintaining Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required Bank reconciliations Reconciliation of customers and suppliers account Maintaining fixed assets register Preparing weekly payment runs Dealing with customers and suppliers queries Scanning and digitalising filing system for the Finance team Assisting preparation of quarterly VAT return Preparation of monthly payroll and any ad-hoc HR tasks Ad-hoc financial analytical/admin tasks Your profile: Excellent attention to detail Must be a team player who is hands on and flexible.
