Your main responsibilities will include
Preparing and participating in the monthly accounts review so that all variances are accurate and understood.

Roll out of Budget Holder training across the Place Directorate in order to promote positive culture change, improved budget holder awareness and self service.
The Senior Commercial Finance Manager leads the finance team to ensure that financial reporting deadlines are met, and a robust financial control environment is maintained, whilst working in close partnership with operations to aid in delivering the strategic initiatives of the Company.
Acting as senior business partner for the Company's Management Team, contributing directly and indirectly to all commercial and non-financial performance related decisions, being the finance representative at weekly, monthly and quarterly Management meetings to challenge and support the business, agree financial plans, initiatives, and policy in order to meet business objectives.
