The most attractive parts about this business has to be investment in their people. This is a great role getting hands on experience of managing a team and career progression. Reporting to the Finance Director but heavily involved with the senior leadership team across the business Prepare the monthly management accounts for sites delivering a profit and loss for each which all feed into a consolidate set of accounts. Review and allocate all stock transactions within the month to the relevant sale or purchase. Provide margin analysis at various reporting levels. i.e per despatch, per sector, per site Material price variance analysis and posting of journal. Provide analysis on variances to budget including commentary for the FD and MD to review Support in the preparation of the budgets annually Collation of required information for the annual audit. You will be; Proven work experience as Management Accounts or similar role. CIMA/ACCA qualified Experience in budgeting and forecasting. Outstanding organisational skills. Good I.T skills with the ability to manipulate data and analyse statistics. Emotional intelligence and empathetic.
