Production of Monthly Management reports. Maintaining Cash Flow Ensuring Payments are made and received within credit terms. Weekly and monthly payroll. Issue of invoices on various Client's platforms. Job costing of all projects. Liaising with other departments for the smooth running of the Companies. About You: Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL The ideal candidate will have been working within the Construction Industry and be familiar with the reverse VAT regulations and be able to work well within a team and on their own initiative. You will need a working knowledge of Sage accounts, Sage Payroll, CIS and Office Suite.

Reporting to the Finance Director and being a member of the senior Management, a new Head of Finance is to be appointed and will be responsible for the finance management infrastructure, business systems and the teams under them as part of an enthusiastic and energetic leadership team. Amongst a broad range of responsibilities, you will have: Direct oversight of the finance team, comprising of accounts (including sales and purchase ledger), payroll, cash control and data analysis. Produce timely month end closing of UK company books and consolidation with foreign entities. Preparation of monthly KPI and MI reports. Work with the FD to identify KPIs in each business and formulate/continuously improve periodic reports which provide clear insight into operational performance to steer decision making. Preparation of consolidated monthly cash flow statements and forecasts. Lead on delivery of the annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts across the group. Create departmental budgets, monitor performance and seek improvement from department heads. We seek applications from qualified Accountants (ACA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA) - experience within an OMB is essential, who have excellent all-around Financial Accounting and FP&A skills. You will be comfortable in both a strategic and hands-on role. It will be beneficial if you have experience of international business/accounting in foreign currencies. Must haves are; excellent written & presentation skills and advanced Excel/systems experience.
